Concluding Remarks

Our plant has a small amount of sugary liquid at the bottom of its openings that likely attracts insects inside of it. It does not have UV markings except for inside of the openings which lures insects inside as well. Plant 7 is only a few centimeters tall which indicates that its prey probably doesn't fly because it is so low to the ground. The insects that our plant attracts are probably small walking insects that climb into the openings, attracted to the light and sugary liquid, get stuck, and because of the acidity of the liquid, the insects are digested.
